About West Hall Barn:

History

Welcome to West Hall Barn, a magnificent stone barn set within the beautiful Dorset countryside.

Originally the stables to West Hall, the Barn itself is over 500 years old. It has been sympathetically converted to retain many of its unique and original features - such as the manger, stone walling and extensive oak beams.

West Hall Barn was converted in 1999 from stables into a fully functioning, elegant event room. Additional complimenting features including Elm window seating and private lawns, which all add to the barns charm and relaxed atmosphere.

Our Charges vary according to the time of year, the day of week, the size of the function and other details which we would like to discuss in person.

However, we believe that West Hall Barn offers you the most cost effective route to holding that unique and special event. The cost there fore can be strictly controlled offering no nasty shocks!

Directions
Head towards the town of Sherborne, Dorset.
Take the A352 out of Sherborne and head towards Dorchester
About 3 miles out of Sherborne you will come into the village of Longburton
at the Rose and Crown Pub take the left turning in between the pub and the Church and go down the Private Drive
West Hall Barn is up the slope on the left.
